The SwissTubes module hotel
is located right on the beautiful shore of Lake Thun and looks out over a
magnificent panorama of the surrounding mountains.
SwissTubes were originally
developed by young entrepreneurs from the Thun Chamber of Commerce for Expo
2002 and built for the Arteplage.
The SwissTubes are characterised by their breathtaking location directly on Lake Thun and their original architecture. Each of the five SwissTubes is a self-contained residential unit. They appeal to a mixed, budget-conscious clientele of all ages, from school classes to adventure-seekers and those looking for peace and quiet, who appreciate exceptional accommodation with comfort.
SwissTubes offers a choice
of 4-, 6- and 8-bed rooms. All rooms are non-smoking and offer roughly 30m² of
space. In the entrance area, guests can use the luggage rack and a coat rack to
stow their belongings. In the cool transitional season, the room temperature
can be adjusted. The bathroom area with its shower and toilet is functionally
furnished; towels are provided.

Gas: the following Vitogaz bottles can be bought at the campsite: 5kg / 7.5kg / 10kg and 10.5kg (Deposit per bottle: CHF 55.00 / 65.00. No deposit will be charged if an empty bottle is returned)
